Reebok Classic x Wood Wood
A joint work of a famous British sports brand Reebok and a Danish avant-garde brand Wood Wood paying tribute to the British street culture.
Contemporary Danish streetwear brand Wood Wood has teamed up with Reebok Classic to create a capsule collection inspired by British street culture. The collection consists of a range of iconic sportswear silhouettes supplemented with peculiar Dan-ish vision on present-day subcultures and their development.
Wood Wood outlook
Wood Wood is a conceptual brand mixing high fashion and casual lifestyle. Wood Wood is directed by two young designers Karl-Oskar Olsen and Brian Jesen. Since 2002 they have been managing a chain of stores based not only in Copenhagen but in big city (for Denmark, of course) Aarhus and in the German capital Berlin. The brand’s attitude is to make clothes combining fashion with urban spirit and sports roots, so that’s why the collaboration turned out to be as we can see it. Taking inspi-ration from the visual design of the Reebok historic logo and its’ transformation through the years, as well as from their own repetitive individual style, the Danes present us fascinating collection which is sure to be discussed.
The worldwide launch is scheduled on 28 November, and we are excited to present the collection in our store. The whole range of logo printed T-shirts, sweatshirts, bucket hats, socks, and key point of the collection Ventilator Supreme sneakers will be presented in the store. The classic design of the sneakers made in a grayscale color palette which pleasantly contrasted with black and blue overlays and with minimalis-tic logo of the collection. And what is more, the pair of sneakers supplemented with reflective laces.
