Bomberman in Brandshop
Story of the robot, who had escaped from the secret dynamite factory more than thirty years ago, gets continued on our website.
Bomberman is an arcade maze-based video game developed by Japanese Hudson Soft Co. In 1983 the very first version of the game for personal computers MSX, NEC and Sharp was released. Then the game had great success, and a version for Family computer, also known as Nintendo, was performed. Originally, the game had no plot, but later on, authors of the game introduced a legend about Bomber Nebula planet and the mysterious dynamite factory where the main hero, the robot man, is trying to escape from.
The player controls the character on a rectangular level, containing crumbling brick blocks. Each level has different enemies: amoebas, bulbs, coins, balls, etc. Each of them is eager to spoil the life of the main character, attacking him from every corner. The game character can put bombs exploding in a few seconds, thus getting out from the enemy’s yoke. After destroying brick bloc, bonuses appear, and later - transitions to a new level.
With some reserve, the Bomberman original version became the progenitor of a whole genre, attracting attention to itself and its copies for a whole decade. On our website, you can play the original game, remaining interesting for many generations until nowadays.
